Are the burros safe around guests? Yes. Our burros are calm, friendly, and handled by experienced staff throughout every event. To keep things neat and worry-free, our burros wear discreet catch bags—so guests can focus on enjoying the experience. What do the burros serve? Our burros can carry: * Bottled or canned beverages * Water, soda, beer, and canned cocktails * Pre-packaged snacks * Florals * Event favors They’re the cutest servers you’ll ever have. Can the burros be customized for my event? Absolutely. We can customize: * Floral garlands * Basket styling * Event color palettes * Corporate branding Are the burros treated ethically? Always. Our burros are family. Their care, comfort, hydration, and well-being come first. We carefully limit working hours and ensure a calm, comfortable environment at every event.

What types of events do you do? We show up best at outdoor events of all kinds: * Weddings & cocktail hours * Corporate events * Derby parties * Bourbon tastings & brand activations * Bachelor & bachelorette parties * Private celebrations If you’re gathering people—we’re in. Are your burros available year-round? Our long-eared hosts love outdoor parties, so we offer experiences from May through October, when weather conditions are best for everyone to enjoy. How far do you travel? We’re based in Louisville, Kentucky, and serve Louisville and the surrounding areas. Contact us for destination event inquiries.
Logistics
How long do the burros stay at an event? Most bookings are up to four hours, with 60-90 minutes with the donkeys and up to 4 hours for the mobile bar, but we’ll tailor the timing to fit your event schedule. What space do you need? We typically need: * A flat, accessible outdoor area * Space for trailer and bar setup * A comfortable shaded area for the burros We’ll review all logistics with you before the event. What happens in bad weather? We monitor forecasts closely and work with you on: * Covered setups * Schedule adjustments * Backup plans Safety always comes first—for guests and burros alike.

What about pricing? Our signature experience featuring two miniature burros and mobile bar starts at $2,600. Enhance your event with optional add-ons such as: * Live bluegrass music * Flower cart * Custom signage * Styled photo backdrop How does alcohol service work? We keep things simple: ✓ You provide the alcohol ✓ We provide the burros and mobile bar ✓ Alcohol service is handled by a licensed bartender This keeps everything safe, compliant, and stress-free. Do you provide alcohol? No. Alcohol is supplied by the host or coordinated through a licensed bartending partner. What does the mobile bar include? Our mobile bar can include: * Draft beer service * Wine or champagne service * Custom drink menus * Styled bar presentation * Optional bartending services It’s more than a bar—it’s part of the experience.

Do you offer music or entertainment? Yes. We offer an optional live bluegrass musician to create an authentic Kentucky atmosphere and complement the burros and mobile bar perfectly.
